With 15 years of experience as Head of Global TA Operations at Shell, he has gained in-depth knowledge across a wide range of disciplines including talent acquisition, sourcing, operational excellence, IT project management, change management, career development, assessments and performance management. He has a proven track record in leading TA transformations, including multiple implementations of TA tools, process standardization and automation, offshoring and operational excellence initiatives.

He also brings extensive experience in developing talent acquisition strategies driven by innovation and performance improvement through people, systems and process optimization in multicultural global environments.
