Her years of experience in the staffing industry, as co-owner of a recruitment agency and her experience as head of recruitment at ING Netherlands and ING worldwide have made her a true expert in her field.

She started her strategic consulting firm Recruitment Builders in 2018 to advise organizations on hiring and retention. She also wrote two books: “199 Questions for a Successful Selection Interview” and in 2021 “Handbook of Recruitment and Employer Branding.”
