How it works

Every voice is unique, just like your fingerprints or iris. With a voice recording of only a few minutes, our voice analysis provides insight into the person behind the voice.

We use the voice analysis recording to measure the electrical activity of the voice muscles in combination with the brain in order to identify strong characteristics.

An analytical computer program measures and translates the unique vibrations and frequencies of your voice and links these to who you are and what you are capable of.

We combine the strengths of science, innovation and existing, proven models. This makes our personality report more comprehensive than all the others combined.

Unique objective voice analysis

Our method is objective and removes the human assessment from the testing process. This is important because every human consultant is influenced by personal experiences and judgements, however well-intended they may be. An objective, data-driven test ensures that such biases and opinions do not play a role. The same applies to background, ethnicity, education and age.  As honest as it gets.

We use enneagrams based on a personality typology theory to describe your personality. This model uses nine types, each with different characteristics. Everyone has characteristics from all nine enneagram types, but in most people, only one type is dominant.

This section contains information about which work environment suits you best. This is calculated based on the six types of work environments described in the RIASEC model developed by John L. Holland.

Here we show your learning preference. This calculation is based on David Kolb’s Learning Styles. This model distinguishes between four behaviours and four associated learning styles.

Here we show the occupational categories that best suit your personality type. This is done using the 27 categories described in the National Career Guide and we provide an overview of matching professions.

Here we shown your score for 29 competencies.

We use the classification described in M.A. Nieuwenhuis’ book The Art of Management as the basis for this (ISBN-13: 978-90-806665-1-1, 2003-2010). Competencies are a combination of knowledge, skills and characteristics. They are aimed at the work environment, but are also useful for students.

Within each competency, we show your score on three different levels.

The personal report provides a comprehensive summary of you as a professional and as a person. Since we adapt the data to various proven test methods, we can provide a much broader assessment than would normally result from a single test. No difficult questionnaires, only counting from 1 to 100. And we indicate what you can do with the results, such as the types of jobs that are a good match for you, the competencies you can develop further and the likelihood of finding a job that aligns with your strengths.

Your voice says everything.
Count to 100 and we’ll show you who you are and what you’re capable of.
