In 2018, she started her own strategic consultancy firm, Recruitment Builders, which provided advice to organisations on staff recruitment and retention. Gusta has also written two books: 199 Questions for a Successful Selection Interview and, in 2021, Recruitment and Employer Branding Handbook.

Sander is a seasoned senior manager and specialist in the world of recruitment, management, scale-ups and start-ups.
After starting his career as an HR Manager, he developed a fascination for Human Capital and the complexity of output and intrinsic motivation in people. Sander has held a wide range of senior management positions, including Managing Director for the Benelux at Indeed.com, and has acquired extensive experience in the creation and expansion of hyper-growth companies.

Marilou feels like a fish in water in the world of communication, change psychology and marketing.
She trains, coaches and advises in an appreciative and challenging way based on an effective mix of models and theories in the areas of training and (career) coaching in order to help individuals achieve optimal development based on their unique self.
She does this with a good dose of humour, focus, authenticity and respect, aimed at inspiring, motivating and creating clarity.

Ester is an experienced strategic consultant specialising in lifelong development. She is strong on facts, creative, knowledgeable, people-oriented and a touch unconventional. My experience spans a range of roles, from consultant, senior career consultant and executive coach to concept development and policy consultant in HRM/HRD at organisations and government agencies.
Her focus is on the interface between HRD, talent development, job market issues and career development within lifelong learning, focusing on such aspects as sustainable employability, career development, establishing lines of development, culture changes and board/management coaching.
