How is the certification training structured?

Prior to the certification training, you will receive a Voice Compass invitation. You record your own voice in our app, after which our algorithm analyzes your personal profile. During a personal interpretation session with one of our coaches, you receive your profile report (the Voice Compass). This allows you to first experience what it is like to complete a voice assessment yourself.

During the training day, we reflect on your experience with the voice analysis. You will learn how profile information is derived from the voice, which models are used in the report, and how to interpret the different components. This enables you to create a clear and insightful profile for your client.

During the training, you will also get acquainted with our other products: the Voice Card and the Voice Experience. The Voice Card is a more compact profile report based on voice analysis, offered without personal interpretation. You will also experience the Voice Experience: a personalized AI coach tailored to your profile, providing answers that match your situation and questions.

After completing the certification training, you will be able to use voice analysis and the Voice Experience in a meaningful way within your coaching. This helps your clients gain deeper insight into themselves and their potential development.

A Voice Your Future certification training lasts 1 day, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
